Video Announcement for the Upcoming 10th Anniversary of ‘We Hear You’

Dear Readers and Friends of ‘We Hear You’, our Site is about to turn 10 years of existence at the end of October. That’s more than enough time for a small path to become a bridge between the hearing and the deaf. To mark the occasion, a video was shot on 10th of August to announce the upcoming event. 


For the sake of ensuring media coverage and spreading initial information, a video trailer was shot to announce the Event. The detailed program of the anniversary as well as the time and the venue of the Event are presented in the video via sign language. Subtitles will be featured in the video to make sure all means possible are used, so that the whole range of people with hearing impairments will have access to the information at glance. The making of the video is expected be completed in early September 2019. As soon as this happens, the product will be available for watching online.

The producer of the video is Dobrin Keresteliev ("Specialized TV Programme for People with Hearing Impaired", BNT1). The artist playing the guitar solos of the soundtrack in the video is Ivo Gotchev, vocalist of Big Mama Scandal band. Backstage photos are shot by photographer Konstantin Manolev, who also happens to be the project’s sign language consultant.

It’s a true honour for team "We Hear You" that so many people and organizations reached out to us voluntarily and took part in the process of creation of the video. Their help is priceless. Through their participation in the Anniversary Event, they show their true support of the matters concerning the deaf people. We are sincerely grateful for their credit, high level of professionalism and support!
