I. Subject and General Terms
We Hear You is a specialized information platform (website) devoted to people with different kinds of hearing impairment. A wide range of topics are discussed on the Site, especially ones concerning medical conditions affecting the hearing, their prevention, technical devices and means of expression, psychological aid, culture, worldwide news and information on the majority of Organizations of the Deaf in different parts of the world. We Hear You was founded in 2009 as a personal blog, but it gradually became a large media platform which raises public awareness of the issues of people with hearing impairments regardless of their age. Our ideal goal is to be a place for the people in Silence and the hearing people to communicate exchanging thoughts, ideas and feeling in mutual agreement.
We Hear You is a non-commercial website, hence no advertisements or banners are published and no trade activities are carried out.
We Hear You provides informational society service as described in the Electronic trade law. The Provider offers certain kind of service to the User. The User must be aware of the General Terms and Conditions of Use in order to be provided with the abovementioned service. The General Terms and Conditions of Use are considered a form of contract between the Provider and the User.
Any natural person who visits We Hear You, and is using the service provided is considered a User. While browsing through the website, the User automatically agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of Use and any changes that may occur in them at certain point. The User is thus obliged to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
Any legal or natural person who is in cooperation with We Hear You providing voluntary service or common publications, and is mentioned in the Partners section of the website, is considered a Partner.
The abovementioned General Terms and Conditions of Use are valid for the provision of service that doesn’t require registration.
Any actions or inactions committed by third parties, aiming to cause damage via violation of the online ethical rules, the use of technical devices to steal any information or data published or overload the server, any attempts to access the server without authorization and the likes will be treated as malicious attacks.
II. What kind of service does We Hear You provide?
Access to the information published on the website via a web browser;
Access to the websites provided as external links inside the Site;
Completely free information service for the personal or non-commercial use of the User.

III. Copyrights
All rights reserved. All rights on the intellectual property of the informational resources and materials published in the Site We Hear You are protected by the current Bulgarian Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act. Any unauthorized use of the contents of the Site will be considered violation of copyright property. It will be taken to Court and addressed as civil claim, administrative complaint and criminal case regarding the current Bulgarian Law.
The access to the Site gives the User the right to browse through the pages and print out passages of the materials for personal use only. In case the information is spread across, the User needs to claim written consent from the team of We Hear You. Any public mention of information or excerpts from articles published on the Site is allowed in case a reference is made and the exact link towards the material is specifically mentioned.
Copying, reproducing and spreading the materials as well as using the contents for commercial purposes of any kind are prohibited. The User will be held responsible in case a written consent from the team of We Hear You has not been requested.
IV. Responsibilities
Members of Team We Hear You are doing their best to ensure the information on the Site is current, accurate and verified. Technical errors or inaccuracies may occur due to reasons not related to the Site.
We Hear You is not responsible for possible unfavorable consequences or harms that occurred as a result of the User’s access to the Site and its contents.
Any information on the Site is provided in accordance with the current Bulgarian Law, but the Site cannot guarantee it’s safe or inviolable in case of malicious attacks.
We Hear You is not responsible for the personal opinions or interpretations of the accuracy, benefits or comprehensiveness of the informational resources on the Site issued by the Users.
We Hear You is not responsible for the validity or comprehensiveness of the information offered by the external links mentioned on the Site.
We Hear You has the right to demand compensations for caused damage or additional expenses due to violation of the General Terms and Conditions of Use or any unauthorized usage of the Site and the service it provides.

V. Others
We Hear You has the right to make changes to the current General Terms and Conditions of Use. Any changes will be duly published on the Site to ensure the Users are aware of them. The changes become legitimate as soon as they’re published.
We Hear You has the right to edit the pages and the main information in the sections featured on the Site. Access to the Site could be terminated at any time.
Any matters not addressed in the current General Terms and Conditions of Use will be regulated under the current Bulgarian Law.
The User automatically agrees with the current General Terms and is considered aware of them when accessing of We Hear You.
